Final Exam for HEL

I posted here a video for the Final Examination, Parts One and Two; the video addresses all of the prompts in the pool of which you will respond to five.

In Part One of the examination, you will respond with healthy paragraphs to five prompts; you must complete this part of the examination when you open the test.

In Part Two, you will write an essay of at least 750 words over one of two choices; you can return to this part of the exam as many times as you need.  See the announcement page for details about this essay--you will write on one of two prompts.

Now, the examination will open Tuesday morning and remain open until Friday night, December 18; however, do not wait until Friday to complete the examination, for the additional day is for emergencies.

You will find the examination, Parts One and Two, in the Assignment Folder on Blackboard.

HEL Midterm

Read the instructions carefully on Blackboard for this Midterm Examination.

This half-hour video covers in general all aspects of this examination that asks you to assimilate the reading and discussions over the past weeks.

As noted on Blackboard, we did not read "Sir Orfeo" this timearound; instead, we read "Launfal," a section of "The Knight's Tale" and all of "The Miller's Tale."

Do a good job.
